What moved on the watchlist since the last update — signal flips, Portfolio-Watchlist entries and exits, hard-gate changes, and names stopped. Per-name detail lives in each ticker's report. Clean forward P/E 50.7× is 2.25× the warranted 22.5× and above 1.5× the sector guardrail, and the growth carve-out does not rescue it. The Entry/Exit cell reads Void: the sizing ladder says how much if you may, never whether you may.
• UpgradedPLTR · Short, Medium and Long: DO NOT BUY → HOLD — the only upgrade in the batch, and it rests on new evidence (the 3 August print) rather than a re-reading of the old numbers. Still Valuation-Ceiling capped at 172× clean P/E, so HOLD is the ceiling, not an endorsement.
• Exited BuyTTWO and SOFI · both HOLD / BUY / BUY → SELL on all three horizons. TTWO: 36.4× FY2027 consensus EPS against a warranted 19.2×, with twelve months to the GTA VI launch for a probability-weighted +0.7% expected return on a −32% / +34% spread. SOFI: P/TBV 2.49× against a warranted 1.10×.
• Exited BuyLUNR · HOLD / BUY / STRONG BUY → SELL on all three horizons — after a +33.9% gain. The prior BUY worked. This is a price judgement, not a repudiation of the thesis: four hard gates now fire (distress, valuation, dilution, binary event) and the base case sits below the current price.
• TrimmedABX.TO · Long: STRONG BUY → BUY; Short: HOLD → WAIT — on a re-struck P/NAV anchor, with the 19 Aug FOMC minutes inside the WAIT-override window.
• TrimmedWCP.TO · Short: STRONG BUY → BUY (still the only live short-term BUY in the batch, still Full-Size). DLO · Short: BUY → HOLD.

• LeftDLO loses its EM Equities · US tile on the Short BUY → HOLD cut, and NTES is displaced from the same cell on the conviction tie-break. Neither is Stopped — both simply stop being live short-term buys.
• EnteredTCOM takes EM Equities · US slot 1, and TSM moves from Technology · US into EM Equities · US slot 2 — a crosswalk correction: the Stock-Finder has classified TSM under EM Equities since June, and the portfolio funds it through EEM, not XLK.
• How much to trust these tiles. NTES lost its tile on no signal change of its own — TCOM took slot 1 on a 3.6 percentage-point analyst-upside tie-break (TCOM +35.1% vs NTES +31.5%) between two names whose convictions both come from calibrations that fell due on 14 Aug. Three of the eight tiles — PAAS.TO (due 13 Aug), ICE and TSM (both 14 Aug) — rest on overdue inputs. Treat the ordering inside a cell as provisional until those names are refreshed.
