Short-term signal
I changed how I call a short-term Buy

I audited every short-term Hold I'd ever issued. The expensive-name Holds were right; one group — quality names I already rated Buy on the medium and long horizon, held back only by middling timing — was wrong. So I added a bounded half-size starter, kept the protections that were working, and stated the limits.
